Do I need to make an appointment to have dresses adjusted?

Yes, we are available by appointment only. This is to ensure that each bride receives the one-on-one attention they deserve! You can make your appointment HERE discuss.

How many guests can I bring?

We allow the Bride to bring 3 guests along on the adventure!

How long does it take for you to order a Bride First Hand dress in my measurements?

We work on a 4-5 month time frame, unless otherwise agreed. This includes manufacturing, import, customs and possible adjustments that may be required to your dress.

Do you rent wedding dresses?

Yes, we do! Our second-hand dresses are available to rent from our rack. With our Bride Firsthand range, we offer the option to order the dress brand new for you, also with the option to rent or buy. 

What is the price range of your wedding dresses?

Our second-hand wedding dresses range from R8000 - R12 000.

Our Bride Firsthand range, for rent and purchase, ranges from R10 000 - R17 900 to accommodate different budgets. 

Do you buy second-hand wedding dresses?

Unfortunately not, no. Check out our online advertising option through Secondhand Bride HERE. 

Can I sell my second-hand wedding dress that I bought elsewhere through your Bridal Shop?

Unfortunately, we do not accept second-hand wedding dresses that have been purchased elsewhere. We consignment This option is exclusively available to our Bride Firsthand dresses that are returned secondhand! 

Do you offer wedding dress alterations?

If you buy your dress secondhand from us, we will refer you to reliable suppliers who can make adjustments to your dress. 

If you rent or buy your Bride Firsthand wedding dress through us, we offer a in-house Seamstress who can make adjustments if necessary! 

Do you specialize in Plus Size?

Although any of our Bruidjie Eerstehands wedding dresses can be ordered in Plus Size, we unfortunately do not keep Plus Size stock to be able to make adjustments first.
