What do I wear to my fitting?
Dress comfortably! Preferably little to no make-up (so it doesn't rub off on the dresses).
You will be in and out of wedding dresses during the consultation, so clothing will be of little worry.
Which underwear should I wear?
Preferably a seamless pantie in nude, white or neutral color. (Pink or blue panties with lace don't do well with a tight wedding dress!)
Most wedding dresses will be fitted without a bra, the bra just tends to get in the way. If you don't feel comfortable being without a bra, you can wear silicone stick-on cups or use tape to cover your nipples.
But please don't be shy - we are all created in the same image, just in different shapes and sizes!
What should I bring with?
If you have already purchased your wedding shoes, you are welcome to bring them along to take the length of the dress into consideration.
If you don't have your wedding shoes as yet, you can bring along a similar pair of shoes with approximately the same height you would like to wear on your wedding day; but it's not a must.
How do I pay?
If you would like to purchase your dream dress second hand after the consultation, we ask that payment be made via EFT, or paid in cash. We will provide the bank details for the EFT. As soon as we receive an SMS as proof of payment, the dress will be handed over and we will take your YES TO THE DRESS photo!
With our made-to-order bridal dresses, a 50% payment is required from the quote to initiate the ordering process of your dream dress. Read more HERE
