• If we import one of our Bruidjie Firsthand dresses for you (Rent or Purchase), a 50% payment of the quote is required to process your wedding dress order. After successful receipt of payment, your first appointment will be scheduled for measurements. 
• Your wedding dress is then ordered according to your measurements, and ordering takes 4-5 months to ensure enough time for design, transportation and alterations.
• Even though your gown will be ordered according to measurements, alterations will always be needed to ensure a perfect fit. All alterations costs will be quoted extra, and can range from R500 - R1500 depending on the work needed.
• In the event that you wish to rent a second-hand dress off the rack, the full amount is payable to reserve your wedding dress for your date. Alterations are scheduled 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

• Approximately 2 alteration fittings will be required for adjustments to your wedding dress. These appointments are only be scheduled on a Tuesday - Friday according to our alteration department appointment availability. Please ensure that the necessary arrangements are made in this regard.
