Important Information
Please take note!
- Please handle the Audio Guestbook and all her accessories with utter care. Any damages to any of the accessories will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- The Audio Guestbook only has a battery life of approximately 6 hours. You will receive it fully charged, so to ensure longevity please do not switch the Audio Guestbook on before it will be used!
- The charger is provided for backup use. The Audio Guestbook cannot be used for recordings when plugged in to charge, as it goes into Standby Mode. Please take this into consideration!
Packing up to return to us:
- Please remember to turn the Audio Guestbook OFF before packaging it.
- We have provided a ticklist in the box for your convenience. Please use this to ensure everything is sent back to us.
- We expect you to return the Audio Guestbook, Accessories and all Packaging exactly as you received it.
The packaging to be returned includes:
- Black Gift Box
- Black Raffia / Stuffing / Bubble Wrap
- Any Carton Accessories
- Neon Light Box
- Original Carton Box
If all original packaging is not returned and packaging is missing, this will result in the bride losing her damage deposit.
